How to claim
Mention it within 7 days of your service — in person, by phone at (519) 555-0142, or by emailing hello@kokomos.ca. A studio manager will respond within one business day with your refund, credit, or rebooked appointment.
A few honest notes
- • UV results vary by skin type — your consultant will set realistic expectations before your first session.
- • Spray tan longevity depends on prep, aftercare, and skin chemistry. We'll coach you through all three.
- • Retail returns accepted within 14 days, unworn, with tags. Swimwear bottoms must have the hygiene liner intact.
