What should I bring for my first session?+
Just yourself and a valid ID (we follow SmartTan age guidelines). Eyewear, towels, and starter lotion samples are provided.
How often can I tan?+
Health Canada recommends a minimum of 24–48 hours between UV sessions. Your consultant will build a schedule matched to your skin type.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?+
Yes — Gold and Platinum members can pause for up to 60 days per year, no questions asked. Just let any front desk know.
Do memberships work at all locations?+
Absolutely. One membership unlocks Chatham, Sarnia, and Strathroy — tan wherever you happen to be.
Are your spray tans paraben-free?+
Yes. Our solutions are vegan, paraben-free, and naturally derived. We offer light, medium, dark, and a custom rapid option.
How long does teeth whitening take?+
A single 20-minute blue-light session typically brightens 4–8 shades. Most members see best results with 2–3 sessions over two weeks.

Memberships are month-to-month. Cancel any time before your renewal date — no fees, no awkward phone calls.
